By using Stage Mate, you agree to these terms. Stage Mate is provided by Paddock IV Pty Ltd (ABN 30 661 574 723), trading as Stage Mate.

Acceptable use: Don’t abuse the service, interfere with other users, or attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the platform.

Accounts: You are responsible for safeguarding your login and for all activity under your account.

Billing & trials: Stage Mate offers a 30‑day free trial managed by Stripe. No payment method is required to start. If you do not add a payment method before the trial ends, access will stop at the end of the trial. Subscriptions renew monthly; you can cancel at any time via the Billing Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Liability: Stage Mate is provided ‘as‑is’. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential loss.

Export & legal restrictions: Do not use the service where prohibited by law or applicable export controls.
