Terms of Service

By using Stage Mate, you agree to these terms. Stage Mate is provided by Paddock IV Pty Ltd (ABN 30 661 574 723), trading as Stage Mate.

Acceptable use: Don’t abuse the service, interfere with other users, or attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the platform.

Accounts: You are responsible for safeguarding your login and for all activity under your account.

Your content: You retain ownership of content you add to Stage Mate. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, store, edit, display, and share that content through the service.

You grant Paddock IV Pty Ltd a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and transmit your content, and to allow our service providers to do those things, only as needed to operate and provide Stage Mate. Stage Mate does not claim ownership of your content.

We may remove content or restrict access where we reasonably believe it infringes another person’s rights or violates the law.

Plans, billing & trials: Stage Mate offers a Free plan with no payment method required. Duo and Band include a 30‑day free trial managed by Stripe. If you do not add a payment method before a paid-plan trial ends, that subscription will pause. Paid subscriptions renew monthly; you can cancel at any time via the Billing Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Liability: Stage Mate is provided ‘as‑is’. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential loss.

Export & legal restrictions: Do not use the service where prohibited by law or applicable export controls.
